1. Registration Fees
- Once a student registers and pays the exam fee, the amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Fees cannot be adjusted against any other student, event, or future examination.
2. Cancellations by Student
- If a student decides to cancel their participation after registration, no refund will be provided.
- Requests for cancellation due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, absence during the exam, etc.) will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Cancellations by the Organization
- In rare cases, if Mera Junun or ZENCIEDUC GLOBALLY LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED cancels or reschedules an exam due to unavoidable circumstances (such as technical issues, natural calamities, or government restrictions), the organization may:
- Reschedule the exam, OR
- Provide an alternative solution (at the sole discretion of the organization).
- No cash refund will be provided in such cases.
4. Duplicate Payments
- If any duplicate payment is made accidentally due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded to the original source account within 7–10 working days after proper verification.
5. Technical Errors
- In case of payment failure where the amount has been deducted but not confirmed, students should immediately contact us with transaction details.
- After verification with the payment gateway, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
